Ceremony of presentation of the book Heydar Aliyev: "We can not allow the second armenian state be established in the territory of Azerbaijan"

On October 12, 2006 in the hall "Guba" of "Hyatt Regency" hotel there was held the ceremony of presentation of the book Heydar Aliyev: "We can not allow the second armenian state be established in the territory of Azerbaijan". This is a new edition of the book of "Heydar Aliyevs Heritage" International Online Library. This edition includes some materials on summit meetings held by the OSCE in 1994 in Budapest, in 1996 in Lisbon and in 1999 in Istanbul. Alongside the Azerbaijani languages, the book also appears in the state language of the Minsk group co-chairs` countries of OSCE - the USA, France and Russia.
