The book has been dedicated to the victims of the tragic Khojaly genocide killed by the Armenian armed forces in 1992. 

On February 11, 2013 Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center and Center for Strategic Studies held the presentation ceremony of the “30 Historical Visits” book.

General Director of the Center for Strategic Studies Farhad Mammadov made an opening speech at the ceremony, which were attended by MPs, representatives of the diplomatic corps, scholars, media representatives and other official bodies.

The Center for Strategic Studies at the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan hosted the presentation of the book ‘30 historical visits’ compiled by the Center for Studying Heydar Aliyev’s Heritage.

The book contains new materials, speeches, interviews related to 30 foreign visits of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The book contains materials related to the official and state visits of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev between 1999 and 2003.

On December 11, 2013  a commemoration event was held in the administration  of Binagadi District upon the 10^th anniversary of the death of the National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.

Head of Binagadi District administration Khaleddin Iskenderov, MPs Mader Musayev, Rafael Jabrailov, general director of Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center Fuad  Babayev, responsible staff of the district administration, chiefs of law enforcement bodies and representatives of the district public attended the event.

 “Azerbaijani States in History” books, which previously published in Azerbaijani, English, Armenian, Georgian, Ukrainian, and Moldavian languages with initiation of the President of ACSDA, MP Elkhan Suleymanov, were distributed among the participants of Euronest Parliament Assembly session held in Baku. In the book, besides the brief information about the historical Azerbaijani states, maps of those states also were inserted.  Regarding the great interest of readers toward the book, it has been published for the second time in Azerbaijani and English languages.

On the 23rd of September opening of the Third Baku International Book Exhibition took place. Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center also has attended the exhibition where 125 publishing companies from 25 countries presented their products.

New edition of the book "Azerbaijani States in History" published by Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center (www.aliyevheritage.org) last month on the eve of Baku session of the EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly will be released. The first edition of the book was in Azerbaijani, English, Armenian, Georgian, Moldovan and Ukrainian languages. Head of the book’s creative team, PhD in political sciences Fuad Babayev told APA that the idea and the foreword of the book belonged to President of the Association for Civil Society Development in Azerbaijan (AVCIYA), MP, Head of the Azerbaijani delegation in EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly Elkhan Suleymanov: “On his initiative the book was published in 6 languages and had success.

The translation laboratory of Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center held a conference devoted to the International Day of Translators.

While speaking at the conference professor of the University of Languages, Qilincxan Bayramov stated that though in the Soviet period translation mostly covered the fiction, in the period of independence covers political, economic and diplomatic fields, as well “azadinform” reports. He assessed the activity of Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center in training the young translators as a commendable work.

The Book is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Belgium.

The publication includes texts of speeches of the meetings of national leader Heydar Aliyev of Azerbaijani people and of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev with the state and governmental representatives of Belgium, during their visits to this country.

Copies of the "Khojaly-1992" book published by the Heydar Aliyev's Heritage Research Center on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide in Azerbaijani, English, French and Russian have been included in the Library Fund at Harvard University, Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science Fuad Babayev said.He said books prepared by the Heydar Aliyev's Heritage Research Center, are published not only in the Azerbaijani language, but also in the common foreign languages."The Khojaly-1992 book, which was published in February this year, is also published in the languages ​​of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh," he said.

On April 30, 2012, there was held a conference on the topic "Heydar Aliyev`s heritage on the Internet (based on the materials of the portal aliyevheritage.org) in the building of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.

Before the conference, the members of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center visited the Cemetery of the Honorees and laid a wreath at the tomb of the national leader of Azerbaijan of Heydar Aliyev.

The Book "Azerbaijani States in History" published by Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center is just from print. It is in Azerbaijani, English, Armenian, Georgian, Moldovan and Ukrainian languages. It gives brief information on the states which existed in the historical Azerbaijani territories and also provides the maps of those states.
